Capacity building
The capacity building action in higher education supports the project of international cooperation based on multilateral partnerships between higher education institutions and other organizations active in the field of higher education. These projects provide significant opportunities for cooperation, with a special focus on the transfer of good practices to third countries that do not participate fully in the Program by EU member states and third joint programs.
